Strive to embrace all that you are
It’s okay to feel vulnerable
It’s okay to be imperfect
It’s okay not to have all the answers right now
It’s okay to stumble on your path of discovery
It’s okay to keep learning
It’s okay to be a mess sometimes
to feel scared
feel lost
It’s okay to be both human and divine
to be raw and real sometimes
It’s okay not to have your life in order to fit in with those around you
The deepest form of spirituality is one that seeks integration, balance, and wholeness.
Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one’s being, but by integration of the contraries.
To honour both the sacredness and wildness within you, to have an awareness of what the lessons you’ve learned along the way have brought you, is like giving yourself the deepest and most loving embrace you could ever receive.
You are no longer denying, rejecting or disowning any part of your nature.
You are no longer putting on pretenses or carrying exhausting ideals.
You are no longer shaming or rejecting your imperfect humanity in favour of a polished facade.
You are no longer trying to be something or someone you’re not.
As you learn to appreciate who you are and what you have to offer the world, all the qualities that you want to develop, such as patience, acceptance, love, compassion, caring, strength, will be yours.
You can simply ask yourself these questions
How can I embrace all that I am?
How long will I allow myself to linger in the darkness?
The choice is yours
With love and light,
Natali
